Job description

• Identify business opportunities and target markets and Generating Leads.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
• Understand technical needs of customer and suggest suitable product by engaging / handholding the product selection process.
• Establishing new clients and maintaining relationship with existing clients.
• Provide technical support & services to clients regarding the use & operations of the equipment's
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
• Follow up on service and product once the delivery has been made
• Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
• Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogues, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.
• Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment's.
• Prepare sales reports by analysing and summarizing information
• Meeting sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education - B.E. Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile | Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales
• Good engineering knowledge & sound technical understanding.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills are must.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in team
• Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports
